This website is operated by Symone’s Luxe Collection (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

1. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian to make purchases.

2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, colors, textures, and images.

However:

  • Colors may vary depending on screen settings
  • Hair texture and appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing and sourcing
  • Each product is inspected before shipping, but slight variations are normal in raw or human-hair-based products

We do not guarantee that every product will appear exactly identical to photos.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in USD.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time without notice
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Modify or discontinue products without liability

4. Orders & Payment

We accept payment through approved payment processors (Stripe, Shopify Payments, etc.).

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud, reselling abuse, or chargeback risk

If an order is canceled after payment, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Processing Time

All orders require processing time before shipping.

Standard processing time:

  • 2–7 business days (unless otherwise stated for pre-orders or custom items)

Processing time does NOT include shipping time.

Delays may occur during:

  • High order volume periods
  • Holidays
  • Supply chain or carrier delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external events.

6. Shipping Policy

We ship to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct.

We are NOT responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages marked delivered by carrier but not received
  • Delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages after marked “delivered”

If a package is returned due to incorrect address:

  • Customer is responsible for reshipping fees

7. Delivery Issues

If your package is:

  • Lost
  • Delayed
  • Stolen
  • Marked delivered but not received

You must contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim.

We will assist where possible, but we are not liable once tracking shows “delivered.”

8. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect texture preference
  • Wrong length selection
  • Installation issues
  • Product being used or altered

Refunds are ONLY issued if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof)

Approved refunds will be processed to original payment method.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges.

If an exception is approved (rare cases), items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Approved by customer service first

10. Hair & Product Disclaimer

All hair products are sold as described to the best of our ability.

We are not responsible for:

  • Installation results
  • Maintenance damage
  • Heat damage
  • Chemical processing done after purchase
  • Improper care or misuse

Hair longevity depends on customer care routines.

11. Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree not to file fraudulent chargebacks.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • We will submit all proof of purchase, shipping, and communication
  • You may be restricted from future purchases
  • Legal action may be taken in cases of fraud

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logo, branding, product images, text, and designs) belongs to Symone’s Luxe Collection and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

13. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for illegal activity
  • Attempt fraud or payment abuse
  • Interfere with website functionality
